- Manage staff: Oversee armed or unarmed security officers in the field.
- Conduct Inspections: Check active security posts and monitor officer performance.
- Respond to incidents: Handle emergency calls or site escalations.
- Log and Report: Maintain operational logs and report issues to management
- Acting as the first point of contact when an on-duty guard calls out or fails to show up for a shift, ensuring that guard coverage is found
- Standing Post (The Last Resort): Operating under a "working supervisor" mandate. If no replacement guard can be secured, the Armed Field Supervisor must physically step in and stand the post themselves to guarantee the client's site is never left unprotected.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills and must be able to communicate clearly and quickly in cases of emergency.
- Must be in good mental health and be able to make decisions instantly in the event of an emergency.
- Must meet the physical and mental requirements of the state(s) to be licensed by the state to perform Security Guard / Security Officer work.
- Ability to obtain the status of license required for the position. THIS IS AN ARMED POSITION
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Clean criminal background.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- Valid Driver's license - clean driving record.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible roster, 7 days a week.
- Ability to travel for work.
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in security with one being in a supervisory role.
