Senior Business System Analyst
The Senior Business System Analyst (BSA) role is a contract position located in Chicago, IL. This role involves collaborating with various business units to understand strategies and processes, developing detailed requirements, and supporting technical designs. The candidate should be familiar with generic technology development processes and methodologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with business units to understand strategies and processes.

- Providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with formal software development life cycle methodologies.
- Ability to analyze business data and assist in decision-making.
- Familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
