Personal Injury Litigation Attorney We seek a Litigation Attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience to join our growing firm in Corpus Christi, TX. A qualified associate must possess the ability to provide legal representation to advocate for our clients while delivering outstanding client service skills. Qualifications The candidate must be licensed to practice in Texas , have graduated from an accredited law school, and be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas. The ideal candidate must communicate effectively, possess excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills, and be self‑motivated with strong negotiating skills. The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment, manage pending cases independently, litigate claims, and take them to trial when necessary. Preferred experience includes one to three years of personal injury litigation with strong litigation skills, including discovery, conducting depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation. Job Responsibilities Managing their docket of personal injury cases Filing lawsuits Conducting depositions Drafting and answering discovery Preparing clients for depositions, mediations, motion hearings, and trials. Evaluating claims by working with claims representatives. Working in a team environment with paralegals and legal secretaries to propound written discovery requests and responses, order and summarize records, coordinate depositions, obtain experts and prepare for depositions and trials.
