Requirements Minimum of 5 years practicing law. 2‑3 years of experience in bankruptcy law or creditors’ rights. Strong legal writing skills. Proven proficiency in litigation and collections. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Skills Excellent negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
