CDL-A Driver – Pacific, WA

TransForce is seeking a CDL-A Driver to support nationwide operations based in Pacific, WA .

Temp-to-Hire: This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL-A Driver Details:

Openings: 1 Driver
Schedule: 7 days per week
Start Time: Early morning after completing a 10-hour sleeper reset
Average Length of Day: Approximately 11 hours
Pay: $0.60 per loaded mile + component pay, average $1500/Week
Route Type: Nationwide
Home Time: Regional/nationwide driving with sleeper operation
Freight: Industrial materials and products
Delivery Locations: Industrial areas, warehouses, and job sites
Loading/Unloading: Yes
Equipment: 53' flatbed
Transmission: Automatic

CDL-A Driver Minimum Requirements:

Valid CDL-A license
1 year of driving experience required
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer and flatbed equipment

CDL-A Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate a tractor-trailer on nationwide routes
Transport and deliver freight to industrial areas, warehouses, and job sites
Load and unload freight as required
Secure and transport loads safely
Complete required inspections, paperwork, and delivery documentation
Maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety requirements

Additional Pay:

$50 Tarp Pay
$100 Clean Inspection Bonus
$100 Extra Stop Pay
