You will be expected to understand our services and products so that you can coordinate & book the guests’ travel needs. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Answer phones in a polite, professional, andtimely manner Create and update reservations forour Shared Shuttles, Private cars, and Charter Vans Understand Products and Services so you can effectively provide guests with options that will meet their transportation needs Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with both guests and coworkers in a high paced and busy atmosphere Interface with internal departments including dispatch, operations, and Group Sales Representatives. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary Desire to learn and grow Must be able to communicate fluently in English The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr.
