We are seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to support mowing and landscape maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and want to grow with a reputable company, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Premium Benefits

• Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience).
• Hours: Consistent, full-time hours.

What We Are Looking For

• Lawn Care Skills: Basic knowledge of mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing is preferred but not required.
• Equipment Familiarity: Ability to safely use trimmers, edgers, blowers, and push/stand-on mowers (training provided).
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a crew under the direction of a Lawn Maintenance Lead.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors in Florida weather.
• Core Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing on residential and commercial properties.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle.
• Follow instructions from the Lawn Maintenance Lead to ensure quality service.
• Support seasonal tasks such as leaf cleanup, hedge trimming, and debris removal.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients or team members.
• Uphold company quality standards on every property.

Minimum Required Experience and Education

• Experience: Prior lawn maintenance or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required; we will train motivated candidates.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of lawn care equipment and mowing practices is helpful.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing job needs.
• Credentials: A valid driver’s license is required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
