John Peters State Farm Agency is looking for an Experienced Insurance Service Lead to become an important part of our team. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who can take ownership of customer relationships while also recognizing opportunities to grow and retain the agency's business.

$45,000 guaranteed base salary

$45,000$75,000 total earning potential

Uncapped commission

Active 440 or 220 insurance license required before starting

Previous insurance experience preferred

Strong insurance knowledge and customer service skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Organized and dependable

Comfortable handling customer questions and insurance needs

Able to identify opportunities to help customers with additional coverage

Spanish/English bilingual is a plus!

Serve as a trusted point of contact for insurance customers

Handle customer questions, policy changes, and service needs

Review customer accounts and identify coverage opportunities

Explain insurance products and coverage options

Prepare quotes and assist customers with their insurance decisions

Follow up with customers and leads

Help retain existing customers through excellent service

Identify opportunities to generate additional business

Build strong, long-term customer relationships

Support the overall growth of the agency

Already have your 440 or 220 license

Have experience working in an insurance agency

Enjoy being the person customers can count on

Know how to turn a service conversation into an opportunity to help the customer further

Are comfortable discussing insurance coverage and options

Want a guaranteed base salary plus uncapped earning potential
