Product Sales Specialist - Cell Culture

Product Sales Specialist - Cell Culture Location: Marlborough, MA (fully remote field sales position). Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales and orders volumes at target prices in assigned accounts and territory. Prepare annual territory sales budget in collaboration with Sales leadership, including forecasting, sales analysis, and maintaining records and documentation in appropriate systems. Build relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for Cytiva Cell Culture. Serve as the primary customer point of contact in allocated accounts and territory, including overnight travel and direct customer interaction. Provide ongoing feedback to management, product teams, services, and marketing. Develop and implement go‑to‑market plans within territory in collaboration with cross‑functional teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Maintain and grow existing business while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent experience in mammalian cell culture and/or bioprocessing. At least 4 years of strategic sales/bioprocessing experience or related scientific work experience. Proven customer project planning skills. Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive a collaborative culture at all levels, including C‑Suite. Preferred Qualifications High‑level presentation skills: ability to present ideas to customers in a clear and impactful manner. Proven track record of relationship building skills. Remote Work Arrangement Eligible for a remote work arrangement; you can work from home. Additional details will be provided during the interview process. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $82,400 – $144,200. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
