18447BR Title: Lead Patient Registration Associate (Emergency Dept) Department/Cost Center: 811 - ED Physicians Job Description: This position is 40 hours per week, Night Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am. Working every other weekend. Additional day off during the week. Facilitate secretarial responsibilities and oversee clerical operations. S upport patient care and provide clerical, environmental, and customer service support for the patient care unit. Audit registration and transportation on shifts. Accountable for staff on shift. Coaching, directing and guiding when required. Promoting positive customer service in person and by phone. Training of new employees. Salary Range: $21.23 - $28.66 an hour The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Degree preferred; or equivalent experience Experience: 2-3 years health/medical administration experience, preferably hospital setting ; 1 year of supervisory and leadership experience with proven positive communication skills preferred.
