Pay: $40.00–$64.00 per hour ($83,200–$133,120 annually)
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday–Friday | Night Shift

We are recruiting for an exciting Immunohematology Laboratory Scientist III opportunity with an organization in the Seattle, Washington area.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• \n

  Perform complex antibody identification and red cell reference testing

\n
• \n

  Conduct antibody investigations using tube, gel, and solid-phase methods

\n
• \n

  Perform adsorption, elution, and warm autoantibody evaluations

\n
• \n

  Investigate transfusion reactions and complex compatibility cases

\n
• \n

  Perform neonatal evaluations and antibody titers

\n
• \n

  Work with rare blood units and specialized blood products

\n
• \n

  Maintain quality control, documentation, and regulatory compliance

\n
• \n

  Collaborate with laboratory professionals and physicians on complex testing

\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• \n

  Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Science, or equivalent

\n
• \n

  MLS, BB, MLT, or equivalent certification required

\n
• \n

  Minimum 2–3 years of immunohematology laboratory experience

\n
• \n

  SBB certification preferred but not required

\n
• \n

  Strong knowledge of antibody identification and transfusion medicine

\n
• \n

  Ability to work independently and accurately in a highly regulated laboratory environment

\n
