Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver safe, patient-centered care consistent with state nursing regulations.
• Assess patient and family needs, establish goals, and adjust care plans to ensure holistic support across physical, emotional, and developmental dimensions.
• Delegate nursing tasks appropriately to optimize team efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Serve in leadership roles such as Charge Nurse, providing clinical guidance, shift management, and acting as a liaison between nursing staff and management.
• Maintain compliance with institutional policies, standards, and state nurse practice acts.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Kansas RN licensure required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required for ICU, Telemetry, and PCU roles.
• Oncology certification needed for post-surgery nursing staff.
• Minimum one year of recent relevant healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
