We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, career growth, and a supportive clinical environment.

Schedule:

• Full-Time Days
• 5 shifts per week, 8-hour shifts
• Start times between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home therapy programs
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Bachelor's Degree required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• All experience levels welcome

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $35.77 – $49.18/hour
• Weekend Differential: $3/hour
