Facility Overview

221-bed acute care hospital
Serves Seminole & West Volusia counties
Level II Trauma Center
Only full-service cardiovascular program in the region
Services include:
- Open-heart surgery
- Interventional cardiology & electrophysiology
- Orthopedics & spine care
- Robotic surgery
- Inpatient rehab & imaging services

Role Summary

The Physical Therapist:

Evaluates and treats patients with functional impairments
Develops individualized care plans with physicians and care teams
Provides hands-on therapeutic interventions
Educates patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility tools
Tracks progress and adjusts treatment plans
Coordinates caseload and workflow priorities

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum stated)
License: Licensed Physical Therapist (Florida)
Experience:
- Open to all experience levels
- New grads accepted

Compensation & Incentives

Pay Range:
- Min: $35.77/hr
- Max: $49.18/hr
Weekend Differential: +$3/hour (Sat–Sun)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Relocation: Case-by-case
