We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Ballenger Creek. In this full-time role, you'll provide individualized therapy to residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.
What You'll Do

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
• Develop individualized plans of care based on resident needs and goals
• Provide skilled treatment for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Track progress and modify treatment approaches when appropriate
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication and safe swallowing strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with nursing and other rehabilitation professionals

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
