Group Product Manager

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced product leader to shape the strategy, growth, and evolution of an innovative suite of healthcare technology products. In this role, you will combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution, guiding product direction while collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, marketing, finance, and operations teams. You will play a key role in leveraging AI to accelerate product innovation, prioritize roadmap investments, and deliver meaningful customer outcomes. As a leader, you’ll mentor and develop a high‑performing product management team while driving business growth through customer‑focused solutions. Accountabilities Define and communicate the long‑term product vision while contributing to roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution. Leverage AI technologies to design, prototype, and validate new product features and enhancements. Use customer insights, product analytics, and business data to guide investment decisions and maximize product impact. Drive the commercialization of new features and product offerings to support business growth and customer adoption. Partner with engineering, design, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality product experiences. Lead the end‑to‑end user feedback lifecycle, translating customer needs into actionable product improvements. Manage integrations with third‑party platforms, healthcare technology partners, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing product management team while fostering collaboration across globally distributed teams. Requirements Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in product management, preferably within SaaS or healthcare technology environments. Proven success leading product strategy, roadmap development, and cross‑functional product delivery as a Product Manager or Group Product Manager. Hands‑on experience using AI‑driven tools for software development, product design, prototyping, or feature development. Strong track record of building customer‑centric, data‑driven products and making informed investment decisions based on product performance. Solid technical understanding of web applications, REST APIs, SQL databases, and version control systems. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Demonstrated leadership experience with mentoring, coaching, and growing high‑performing product teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions. Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment with distributed teams and a strong bias toward innovation and continuous improvement.
