Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The Electronic Attack Systems (EAS) Finance team has an opening for a Program Cost Control Specialist to support Sustainment Programs within the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) portfolio. This role provides financial support, analysis, and oversight for NGJ Sustainment programs within the Naval Power Business Unit portfolio.Primary responsibilities include working with program managers and functional stakeholders to support weekly and monthly reporting, program start-up activities, Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) management, financial forecasting, Performance Based Payment (PBP) billings, Monthly Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR) reporting, and program leadership reviews.What You Will Do:Support program start-up and implementation activities, including contract modification processing, project setup, and NWA managementPrepare weekly and monthly reports, including LRE development, internal and external Earned Value requirements, and financial variance analysisManage the coordination, development, and delivery of monthly financial Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)Perform cost and schedule control analysis to support compliance with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)Prepare and analyze quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), including cost analysis, risks, and opportunitiesGenerate and support Baseline Change Request (BCR) and Schedule Work Authorization (SWA) processesSupport invoicing activities and preparation of invoicing support documentationProvide ad hoc EAS program controls support, as requiredQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experienceExperience with Earned Value Management and Estimates at Complete (EAC)Experience using Microsoft Office applicationsU.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contractQualifications We Prefer:Experience using Raytheon financial tools and systems including APEX, BW, and RPlanExperience performing financial analysis, issue identification, and resolution activitiesExperience managing multiple priorities and supporting process improvement activitiesExperience communicating financial and program information across organizational levelsExperience working independently and managing assigned responsibilitiesPrior Program Controls experienceWhat We Offer:Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a total rewards package that goes above and beyond with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement, and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.Some of the benefits we offer include parental (including paternal) leave, flexible work schedules, achievement awards, educational assistance, and child/adult backup care.Learn More & Apply Now!Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.
