Driving profitable growth, the full-time salaried Customer Sales Manager will develop business strategies, manage end-to-end business plans, and collaborate cross-functionally while working remotely from a home office. Key responsibilities Own and implement business plans with UNFI Category Management Partners to achieve growth objectives Build strong relationships with customers to understand their strategies and drive business growth Collaborate with internal teams to execute category objectives and manage volume forecasting Required qualifications Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills Experience using data to develop category insights and influence customer decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage priorities under tight deadlines Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively
