Sales and Customer service Manager

Job Description
We are looking for someone with a creative, fresh outlook, someone who is excited to explore new ideas and help serve our community and customers even better. No experience? No problem: we’ll train you along the way! This is a hands-on role with lots of variety, perfect for someone who likes staying active, learning new skills, and being part of a close-knit team.
If you are upbeat, highly energetic, professional, and people-oriented, the kind of person who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and bringing positive energy to the workplace; Come join our team. This role allows for both collaboration and autonomy with a close support system in place while you learn.
Compensation: Starting pay fair base rate with a significant raise within your first 30 days based on your ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take initiative. The faster you catch on, the faster you’ll move up.
Schedule: Core schedule is Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. If you’re looking for more hours, there’s opportunity to expand your schedule (especially if you bring marketing, tech, or business development skills to the table).
