The person in this position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field Experience: 4 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role Experience: Demonstrated success in financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Special Knowledge and Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Special Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Special Knowledge and Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Special Knowledge and Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Special Knowledge and Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a print center, manufacturing, or production environment Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of pricing models and elasticity analysis Preferred Qualifications: Hands‑on experience with Pace MIS system and job ticketing workflows Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management tools Responsibilities Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision‑making. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions. Document reporting processes and analytical methodologies. Recommend process enhancements based on data analysis. Support the adoption and integration of new analytical tools and technologies. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics over time. Assist in forecasting and predictive modeling. Assist in data entry and order management.
