Pharmacist
Schedule:
- Sunday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 1:00 PM–11:30 PM
Qualifications
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
- Active state Pharmacist license
- IV/sterile compounding experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Review, prepare, and dispense prescription medications
- Ensure medications are appropriate, safe, and compliant with regulations
- Counsel patients on medications, dosage, side effects, storage, and interactions
- Prepare compounded and sterile medications
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
- Identify and communicate drug-related issues to physicians and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy interns, and other healthcare professionals
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and clerical staff as needed
