Digital Marketing Specialist

Join the Dutchman Hospitality Group as our next Digital Marketing Specialist and help bring the heart of Amish Country to life online. We’re looking for a curious and data-driven marketer who loves technology to support our inns, restaurants, retail shops, and theater venues. In this role, you’ll help shape our digital presence, strengthen brand awareness, and create meaningful online experiences for our guests. As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with teammates and partners across the company to develop compelling digital content, analyze performance, and continuously improve the customer journey. This is a full-time, on-site position based in beautiful Walnut Creek, Ohio. Duties/Responsibilities Employ tactics to improve web traffic, search visibility, and lead generation Build dashboards to track digital performance, ecommerce activity, and campaign engagement Leverage analytics to optimize digital marketing efforts Strengthen SEO/SEM efforts to improve discoverability Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to identify trends and opportunities Administer the design, functionality and performance of our corporate websites Regularly update website content Support and implement ecommerce tools and initiatives Manage email marketing and loyalty program platforms Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Essential Requirements include Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Operations, Digital Media, Business or related field 1-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, web management or marketing analytics Familiarity with tools that measure digital and social media performanceStrong analytical skills and ability to turn data into action Excellent project management skills: organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities A proactive, problem-solving mindset Experience working with content management systems and video editing Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing tool Medical insurance and HSA 401(k) plan with match Dental, Vision, Accident, Life, Critical Illness, Term Life Insurance available #J-18808-Ljbffr Ohiotravel
