JOB DESCRIPTION: Licensed Therapist Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic Clarksville, TN Salary: $84,000 - $87,000 Serve Those Who Have Served The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic provides high-quality, accessible mental health care to post-9/11 veterans, active‑duty service members, National Guard members, Reservists, and their families. We're seeking a licensed therapist who is passionate about delivering evidence-based care and helping military families overcome challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Competitive salary: $84,000-$87,000 Manageable caseloads Structured short-term treatment model (typically 8-12 sessions) Weekly clinical consultation and supervision Extensive training opportunities in evidence-based therapies Collaborative multidisciplinary team Opportunity to serve veterans, service members, and military families Mission‑driven work with meaningful impact What You'll Do Conduct clinical intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations Develop treatment plans based on client needs and goals Provide individual, couples, and family therapy Deliver evidence-based treatments, including trauma-focused interventions Document services and clinical progress accurately and timely Collaborate with care teams and referral partners to ensure coordinated treatment Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and team meetings Support clients in achieving measurable treatment outcomes Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Tennessee licensure as: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist Eligible to become a TRICARE Certified Mental Health Counselor (TCMHC) Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, children, couples, and families Experience assessing and diagnosing behavioral health conditions using DSM-5 criteria Experience treating trauma and PTSD Preferred Qualifications Experience working with veterans, military members, and military families Proficiency or certification in: Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Experience treating: Depression, Anxiety disorders, Grief and bereavement, Relationship and family concerns, Substance use disorders About the Steven A.
