Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate
Lingo Staffing is now hiring Forklift Operators/Warehouse Associates in the West Palm Beach, FL area to start ASAP!
Forklift operators/Warehouse Associate Responsible for finding items on storage shelves or in rooms using barcodes or serial numbers. They must securely shrink-wrap them before placing them into envelopes or boxes for safe delivery. Order Pickers also operate equipment like forklifts to load trucks for daily deliveries.
Pay rate & Scheduled:
- $18.00 Hourly
- 1st shift: Monday Friday: 8:00AM 5:00PM
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Job Duties & Requirements:
- Must have 3 plus years of experience operating forklifts.
- Must have 2 plus years of order picker experience.
- RF Scanner experience.
- Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items.
- Signals machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
- Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
- Open containers, sort, and catalog materials.
- Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, including loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Experience operating a pallet jack (preferred)
- Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule.
