Why We’re Hiring This Role:

• Voice AI is exploding, and our GTM motion needs to match. We need someone who can build the systems that find, enrich, and convert the right developers and businesses before our competitors even know they exist.

What You’ll Do:

• HubSpot platform ownership

  • Own workflow and email operations in Hubspot

  • Own email deliverability: monitor domain reputation, bounces, and spam complaints; govern send frequency across teams

• Lifecycle and nurture execution

  • Support behavioral trigger workflows, onboarding sequences, and nurture tracks by segment

  • Collaborate with RevOps on the segmentation taxonomy (ICP tiers, personas, verticals, lifecycle stages)

  • Maintain lifecycle stage definitions (MQL/SQL/etc.) and monitor stage-to-stage conversion to flag where leads stall

  • Surface engagement signals (webinar attendance, high-intent page visits) to and maintain high-intent alerts

• Campaign operations

  • Run pre-launch QA as a gated process: UTM/link checks, rendering tests, list validation, and suppression logic

  • Own webinar and event operations end-to-end - registration, attendance tracking, post-event automation - and conference lead capture (badge scan → upload → routing → follow-up) against a defined turnaround SLA

  • Keep campaign data clean and consistent across Hubspot and Salesforce so downstream reporting can be trusted

• Reporting and attribution support

  • Maintain funnel dashboards and stage-conversion reporting; run the recurring marketing-sales funnel review

  • Own campaign performance reporting and stakeholder requests, building self-serve dashboards

  • Keep HockeyStack inputs clean and surface attribution outputs into team reporting

  • Keep campaign influence visible on opportunities, so pipeline reporting reflects marketing's contribution

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related function at a high-growth company with an agent-forward

• Fluency in UTM structures, attribution models, and campaign tracking best practices

• Excellent analytical skills - you're comfortable in spreadsheets, can write basic SQL, and know how to find signal in noisy data

• Have built or prototyped AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs, Claude Code, etc

• Deep in Hubspot - you use it for more than list pulls; you know the API and how to extract data programmatically

• Comfortable in Salesforce - you can maintain database hygiene, and wire up CRM integrations

• Obsessed with data quality - enrichment rates, match rates, and hygiene aren't metrics you track, they're things you lose sleep over

• Fast and autonomous - Vapi moves quickly, and you'll prioritize ruthlessly
