About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Growth Director for Prime System Integrator Accounts. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the global strategy for engagement with Prime System Integrator clients, particularly in the defense sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, and delivery performance. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the defense systems sector, as it involves a primary focus on the U.S. market and interaction with global regions. The VP will be accountable for sustained revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and owning end-to-end client account management. Strategic leadership, hands-on account execution, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams are essential. Applicants must have a minimum of a BA/BS + 12 years' experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, and U.S. citizenship is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with Prime System Integrator and U.S. DOW agencies, commercial knowledge of the industry, and experience in advanced manufacturing. The role also requires a leader with a strong background in sales, capture, and pursuit leadership, as well as the ability to mentor and develop teams. The VP will be expected to elevate the company's market presence and engage with key clients and stakeholders. A commercial background, executive stakeholder engagement skills, and a focus on collaboration, accountability, and client-centricity are highly valued.
