- Chai Pani is an Indian street food restaurant that began in 2009 as a humble 50-seat spot in Asheville, North Carolina. Since then, we've grown into a multi-state restaurant group that includes Chai Pani, Botiwalla, and our spice company, Spicewalla. In India, chai pani is slang for going out for a cup of tea, a tasty bite, a snack, or "a little something." For us, it represents much more: groundbreaking, mindblasting, affordable, and delicious Indian street food - driven by a passion for making people happy and creating genuine connections through good food and compassionate hospitality.
  Our mission is to serve extraordinary, mindblasting food and hospitality that changes the perception of Indian cuisine in America.
  Position Summary: Backbone of day-to-day sanitation and organization of kitchen and FOH.
  *This position is for the PM shift.
  Primary Responsibilities:
  - Wash all dirty dishes and return them to their proper place
  - Maintain a clean workspace throughout the shift
  - Sweep and mop floors in the Dishroom
  Requirements:
  - Prior experience in a restaurant environment or customer service related field is required
  - Follow all company policies and procedures, e.g., dress code, punctuality, and professional attitude
  - Provide customers with MIND BLASTING hospitality
  - Be a reliable and supportive team player
  - Preserve and embrace company culture of compassion, integrity, generosity, and respect
