Our service department continues to expand, and we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Support Associate to join our team. Job Type & Schedule Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed Work Requirements Work Location: In person Ability to Commute: Nashua, NH (Required) Role Summary The Service Support Associate plays a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly. This versatile position assists with various day-to-day operations like greeting customers, helping them connect with Service Advisors, coordinating vehicle shuttles, running parts to technicians, and providing general support to the service and quick lane teams. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn. This role offers the opportunity to explore multiple aspects of dealership operations and grow into a long-term position based on performance and interest.
