Responsibilities Assist with plumbing repairs and installations, including kitchens, bathrooms, gas lines, and waterlines. Help install and repair standard and tankless water heaters. Assist with tub, shower, toilet, and faucet installations. Support leak detection and plumbing diagnostics. Help repair and maintain pool heating systems. Help ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards. General Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Accurately document work performed. Learn and apply industry best practices and new technologies. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong interest in learning the plumbing trade. Ability to use hand and power tools under supervision. Basic computer skills, including email. Willingness to learn to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to build a long‑term career. Good communication and organizational skills. Eligibility Requirements Valid driver's license required. Employment and education verification. Authorized to work full‑time in the United States. Post‑offer pre‑employment drug testing required. Physical Requirements Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions. Ability to work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and on rooftops. Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach. Ability to work safely on ladders and uneven surfaces. Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
