Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership office management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of dealership accounting processes and financial reporting.
- Experience supervising and developing office staff.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
