About the Family: A loving family in Nashville, TN, is seeking a reliable and nurturing nanny to care for their newborn son. Both parents work from home and are looking for flexible childcare 3-5 days a week. They are able to be flexible and are open to discussing options that best fit the nanny’s schedule. Ideally, they would like to delay daycare as long as possible, so they are looking for a longer-term arrangement, but can reevaluate if necessary. Responsibilities: Provide infant care for baby, including feeding, changing, and nap routines Engage in age-appropriate activities and developmental support Light housekeeping (e.g., tidying up after baby, laundry) Support both parents as they work from home Qualifications: Experience with infants (newborn care) Comfortable working while parents are at home Willingness to provide light housekeeping (laundry, tidying up after baby) CPR certification preferred, but not required Additional Information: 3-5 days a week, 9 AM - 3 PM (flexible with days and times) $25/hr Start date: ASAP Ideally, the family wants someone who can stay for a longer period to delay daycare as long as possible, but open to shorter term arrangement if necessary
