Regional Vice President

To support new home construction needs, the full-time Regional Vice President of Land Acquisition will identify and secure land for development, evaluate market conditions, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely from the Greater Greenville/Spartanburg, SC area. Key responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential locations for new homes through various sources Negotiate contracts and manage the purchasing process for lots/land Collaborate with Division Managers and the Land Acquisition team to meet regional goals and maintain purchase schedules Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification, accreditation, or job experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in lot or land acquisition Strong organizational skills for managing contracts and documentation Proficient in using multiple software programs and electronic communication Ability to manage tight deadlines and high volumes of work with minimal supervision
