What You'll Do

* Schedule appointments for candidates to meet our recruiters for comprehensive screenings

* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and support their hiring journey

* Ensure accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on the meetings you set, interviews held, and hires initiated from your leads
