Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Mon-Fri Schedule Tuition Reimbursement Hands on Training Paid Time Off (PTO) Bonus & Commission opportunity Licensing assistance available Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine desire to help people and a customer-first approach. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software. Ability to work effectively in a small team setting. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus. A Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus. A Life & Health Insurance license is a plus. Strong work ethic and leadership skills. Excellent Punctuality, Time Management, and Organizational Skills. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and assist clients with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, including coverage, billing, and claims. Provide accurate and friendly information about our insurance products and services. Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications efficiently. Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage or products that meet client needs. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent, helpful interactions. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Complete Evidence and Certificates of Insurance requests as needed. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
