Description:
Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for a top client. This role is responsible for performing detailed accounting, reconciliation, and analytical duties to ensure attorney receivable accounts are accurately maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Handle detailed reconciliation work for supplier and attorney receivables
- Track payments and resolve discrepancies
- Record and maintain accurate A/R transactions
- Use Excel to reconcile balances and fix variances
- Support daily A/R operations and team needs
- Assist with payment posting, deposits, and account updates
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of financial/accounting/AR experience
- Strong Excel skills ( Excel test required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven reconciliation experience (A/R preferred)
- Bachelors or Associates Degree required; preferably Finance/Accounting
