Assistant Health and Wellness Director (RN) (Part-Time) Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living Employment Category: Regular Part Time - Scheduled less Than 30 at Least 22.5 Per Week Compensation: USD 42 - USD 45 hourly Job Overview As the Assistant Health and Wellness Director / ADON , you will collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to plan, organize, and direct overall clinical operations of the nursing department, ensuring comprehensive care for residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Responsibilities Maintain knowledge of all policies and procedures related to the position, department, and personnel. Develop and implement an active wellness program for residents in collaboration with the Activity Director. Maintain resident files in an orderly manner and document all pertinent information. Prepare resident charges and reports to the Director for approval and billing. Assess resident within 90 days prior to move-in, and annually throughout residency or as conditions change. Develop initial Individual Service Plan (ISP) within 72 hours of move-in and comprehensive ISP within 30 days of move-in, and annually or as conditions change. Oversee resident care provided by the nursing department. Investigate all resident and family complaints or concerns regarding the nursing department and report findings to the Director; act to ensure problems are resolved. Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate all nursing staff. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current NJ nursing license (RN) in good standing. Two (2) or more years’ experience in a supervisory role in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Care. Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel); ability to learn new applications. Physical Abilities Requires standing, walking, sitting, using fine and gross motor skills, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, hearing, smelling. Requires lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs; intermittent lifting and supporting of residents; use proper body mechanics.
