YOUR TYPICAL DAY

Manage complex calendars and prioritize executive commitments across two distinct leadership styles Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow‑ups to drive execution and alignment Support people‑related reporting, finance updates, and information gathering for leadership Draft professional communications and ensure timely, accurate messaging Assist with administrative projects and cross‑functional coordination to support organizational priorities

YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE

5–7 years of executive coordination or senior administrative support experience Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail Professional communication skills with discretion handling confidential information Experience supporting multiple executives and adapting to different working styles

EXTRA CREDIT / NICE TO HAVES
