Manager of Clinical Laboratory

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday Day shift

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory environment required
• Accessioning experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Proven ability to manage and support direct reports
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work full onsite during weekday day shifts

Clinical Lab Supervisor – Flow Cytometry

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10pm-6:30am

Requirements:

• Master of Arts or Master of Science Degree from an accredited institution with a major in one the chemical, physical, or biological sciences, and subsequent to graduation, has had at least four years of pertinent laboratory experience of which not less than two years have been spent working in a clinical laboratory having a director at the doctoral level -OR-
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the chemical, physical, or biological sciences with the addition of the successful completion of a course of at least 1 year. At least 6 years of pertinent clinical laboratory experience subsequent to qualifying with 2 of those years spent working in a clinical laboratory with a director at the doctoral level
• At least six (6) or more years experience (high complexity testing) preferred in the assigned specialty. (A minimum of one (1) year of internal service in the designated specialty as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist III is typically required for promotion to this level.)
• At least three (3) or more years of successful experience in a supervisor or leadership capacity preferred
• Nationally: ASCP certification for the assigned specialty, as available
• CA: current state supervisor level license to perform laboratory testing

Clinical Laboratory QA Coordinator

Location: Rome, GA

Schedule: Mon-Fri Day shift

Requirements:

• Certification Required: Registration as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MT, MLS, CLT, CLS) by the Board of Registry as ASCP, AMT, AAB (AAB with 15 years experience) or equivalent. If not registered must be registry eligible – All newly hired technical staff must pass an approved certification exam within twelve (12) months of placement in this occupational classification.
• Education Required: Must be a High School or GED Diploma graduate. Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university to include minimum of 30 quarter hours of lecture science, including at least 15 quarter hours of chemistry, 10 quarter hours of biology, and 5 quarter hours of mathematics (or equivalent semester hours).
• Experience: 4 years of experience in general laboratory. Clinical Laboratory Quality Coordinator experience preferred.

Accessioning Supervisor

Location: Linden, NJ

Schedule: Monday – Friday 11pm-7:30am

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., library/information science, museum/archives studies, supply chain, biology/biomedical sciences, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on accessioning/receiving/intake, inventory control, collections management, or comparable operations experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accessioning principles: documentation standards, numbering/identification systems, chain-of-custody, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency with relevant tracking systems (e.g., collections management software, LIMS, ERP, or inventory databases) and strong data-entry accuracy.
• Experience writing, maintaining, and training others on SOPs and workflow documentation

Clinical Lab Manager – Microbiology

Location: Valhalla, NY

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience including regulatory aspects of practice, required.
• Bachelor of Science required. Master's Degree preferred.
• New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License from New York Education Department or Certificate of Qualification Required. Certification from American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Preferred

Laboratory Supervisor – Auto Chemistry

Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM

Sign-On Bonus: $10k

• BS in one of the sciences (preferably in Chemistry or Medical Lab Science) - Required
