Customer Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities Learn about expectations and needs of customer to tailor onboarding to their specific situation. Oversee the Customer Teams Support Inbox, categorizing and delegating support requests while addressing those within scope. Maintain accurate customer records in Zendesk by managing user activations, deactivations, and granting upload permissions to trained vendors. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and store representatives to foster collaboration. Increase product awareness and work closely with customers to achieve maximum value from their investment. Provide regular updates to the Onboarding & Implementation Team regarding customer onboarding progress. Hand off the client to a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or other long-term client contact once initial onboarding is complete Qualifications 1-3 years of experience, preferably in SaaS Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Diligent and detail-oriented project management abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. Experience working in the grocery industry and familiarity with pricing operations. Demonstrated success in partner-building that results in new revenue.
