About the Role As the Payroll Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. This position partners closely with Human Resources and Accounting to deliver a seamless payroll experience and support employees across the organization. Key Responsibilities Review timesheets, audit payroll information, and resolve discrepancies Administer payroll-related deductions, benefits, garnishments, and tax withholdings Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with payroll reporting Support payroll audits and year-end processes, including W-2 preparation Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate employee and payroll data Assist with process improvements and other payroll-related projects as needed Qualifications Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Experience working with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel Ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities Why Consider This Opportunity?
