$17–$20 per hour total earnings | Full-Time and Part-Time | Evenings and weekends required
Read this part first: this is a sales role at a front desk . You'll greet guests and answer phones, but you'll also explain memberships and ask for the sale — every day, with a goal attached. If that sounds like your kind of work, keep reading. Easy commute from Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach, Dania Beach, Pembroke Pines, and Miramar. WHAT YOU CAN EARN
• $15–$16 per hour base, guaranteed — you're paid hourly no matter what you sell
•$30 commission on every membership you sell
•Monthly performance bonuses, team contests, and incentives
•A complimentary massage or facial every single month • Employee discounts on spa services and retail
•Paid training and ongoing coaching Front desk people who work the phones and ask for the sale clear $17–$20 an hour once commission lands. There's no cap on it. The ceiling is yours to set. THE SCHEDULE — READ THIS BEFORE YOU APPLY
• Evenings and weekends are required. That's when guests book, and that's where your commission is.

• Welcome guests, answer phones, and book massage and facial appointments
•Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale — you'll carry a monthly goal
•Call and text guests to fill the schedule and recover cancellations fast
•Prebook every guest for their next visit and recommend upgrades and retail
•Check guests in and out accurately on our booking and point-of-sale system
•Keep the front desk clean and organized, and support the therapists and estheticians through busy shifts WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•Customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness, or medical office experience
•Comfortable asking for the sale — and comfortable hearing no
•Friendly, confident, and clear on the phone • Reliable and punctual, week in and week out
•Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems
•Spa, gym, hotel, or medical front desk experience is a plus
•Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus WHERE THIS GOES
