Service Advisor Assistant

We are looking for a Service Advisor Assistant to join our team! The day-to-day duties of this role include backing up Service Advisors, contacting warranty companies for work approval, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Calling in extended warranties
• Filling in for Service Advisors
• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license & clean driving record
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
• Multitasking skills
• Proficient use of computers/business machines
