Qualifications Proficient in the use of computers, phone systems, and general office equipment Requires strong verbal and written communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Possess a good understanding of medical terminology One year of related scheduling experience Responsibilities Schedules and confirms departmental procedures in collaboration with appropriate personnel, ensuring alignment with the current hospital physician privilege list Reviews and verifies procedure schedules on a daily and ongoing basis to ensure accuracy Coordinates the availability of shared equipment with patient care and service areas during the scheduling process Effectively manages a high volume of incoming calls and scheduling activity Demonstrates strong communication skills when interacting with staff, providers, and departments Maintains the ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced, and high-stress environment INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
