In this role, you will impact the Aerospace business by advancing the development and delivery of cutting-edge aerospace systems and components, enhancing product performance and customer satisfaction through effective project leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Leading development teams in a new product development environment Ensure project performance and execution Managing customer relationships Schedule and milestone development/management Understand technology employed on various programs Develop program/project cost estimates Baseline development Program/project metric development and reporting Variance analysis Risk and opportunity development and management Manage supplier relationships Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required. Report to: Director of Engineering Location: Redmond, WA Work Schedule: M-F (3/2 hybrid after 90 days) Qualifications You must have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics. 5+ years in a related field; such as aerospace, medical device or other highly regulated industries 2+ years' experience using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Experience leading hardware development teams in an engineering environment PMP certification Must be able to obtain a security clearance due to the compliance with the U.S. export control laws and regulations.

Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
