Overview Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) – EZPawnLocation: 9330 Richmond, Houston, TX 77063Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience)Brand: EZPawn (part of EZCORP) Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms for pawned items. Perform opening and closing store procedures and maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment. Supervise and coach store team members, influencing the team through coaching and hands‑on involvement. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Strong negotiation talents and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization, detail orientation, time‑management, and prioritization skills. Leadership ability and the ability to read and manage customer needs. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) a plus. Sales background a plus. Bilingual a plus.
