Location: Brandon, 33511 - Fully remoteTraining onsite is required then fully remote
Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Description
- Negotiating with vendors when a REO property needs a contractor to provide work
- Calendaring project times for vendors to work on properties
- Communicating with banks and vendors regularly to provide status updates
- Create and manage reports with file activity
- Photo review for in status and completed jobs
- Other duties as assigned
Nice to have:
- Negotiating experience a plus
- Construction experience in any capacity a plus
- Call Center experience a plus
Requirements:
- (1) year of office experience required
- Employer will perform computer proficiency testing
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
