Administrative, Events, & Security Coordinator — Full Time Location: Madison, WI Wage: $25.00/HR Available Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am-4:30pm Join our team at Securitas Security where you will have the opportunity to serve the community while receiving elite training in safety and security.   • Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
  • Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
  • Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in
various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
  • Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
  • Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious
activity.
  • Provide detailed written reports.
  • Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6
months.
  • Excellent computer / data entry skills needed.
  • 3+ years of experience in facility, workplace operations, hospitality, or
security preferred.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
  • Must be able to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced work
environment. * Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner. * Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift. * Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation. * All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
