Special Education Paraprofessional – Downingtown, PA

Position Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to support classroom instruction and help students succeed academically and socially in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students

• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment

• Support students with varying academic and developmental needs

• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organization

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to support students with diverse learning needs
