Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low acuity adults who may present with a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensing to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions on your license, and you must not hold a limited or provisional license.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficient in using technology and telehealth platforms for client interaction and management.

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, we prefer candidates with hands-on experience in a telehealth setting.
