As a key member of our patient care staff, you will provide direct nursing care, support, and advocacy for patients while ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care and administer treatments, medications, and procedures as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Monitor patients progress and respond to changes in their condition promptly. Educate patients and their families on health management, wellness, and post-care instructions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and quality protocols. Qualifications: Active RN license in Lousiana or eligibility for licensure. Proven experience as an RN in a hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting. Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills. Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, etc. a plus). Why Join Us?
